This large urban project in Footscray came to DLX seeking a rebrand after an unsuccessful initial campaign. DLX delivered a complete solution that led to a sell-out campaign, with 75% of dwellings sold within 5 weeks – no small achievement when you consider the crowded Footscray apartment market. Creating a riverside community village lifestyle for the project was key to its success, moving the focus away from investors to potential owner occupiers. Construction commenced ahead of schedule.
