The name of this ultra-premium collection of residences in Brighton grew out of the name of its street – Martin St – and the fact that it leads directly to the bay. It received the complete DLX treatment, targeting aspirational buyers looking to establish themselves in the Brighton postcode. It resulted in a highly successful campaign, seeing construction commencing sooner than originally planned.
