With ties to the historic Hawthorn Cycling Club, DLX's marketing and branding campaign drew out the strong community and history story to create a distinct property identity and compelling sales proposition. With five levels, including ground-floor retail spaces, Plus Architecture created a building that works with DLX's design to celebrate a spirit of connectedness in one of Melbourne's premier suburbs.
